ELEVATE is our Hotel Leadership Development Program for senior leaders, providing tailored growth opportunities to enhance skills and experience. Participants receive mentorship, coaching and guidance, preparing them for future leadership roles who will receive priority consideration for internal career progression.
Identify Talent
Leaders nominate participants based on potential, career aspirations and experience. After careful evaluation, candidates are interviewed and successful individuals are selected to join the program, preparing them for their next step.
Assess & Evaluate Potential
Participants complete online self- assessments and a 180-degree survey. They receive detailed feedback on their reports, guiding their development journey.
Develop Participants
Each participant receives a personal development plan with three coaching sessions, online courses and opportunities for task force and project work, fostering skill growth and leadership readiness.
ELEVATE Graduates
Graduates earn an eCornell Leadership Certificate and are prioritised for future opportunities in both existing properties and new openings.
