IGNITE
Participants taking part in this immersive program can choose from the Rooms or Food & Beverage pathway, growing their management capabilities within a nurturing yet challenging setting. Ideal candidates are recent graduates (within two years of graduating) who are operationally focused, curious and open-minded, with the confidence to take responsibility and pursue an international career as a future leader of Aman Group.
Immersion: Month One
In the first week, you will meet your fellow IGNITE participants during the Welcome Ceremony and undergo comprehensive training, including a Brand Introduction to Aman Group and a one-night stay to experience the property as a guest.
