Participants taking part in this immersive program can choose from the Rooms or Food & Beverage pathway, growing their management capabilities within a nurturing yet challenging setting. Ideal candidates are recent graduates (within two years of graduating) who are operationally focused, curious and open-minded, with the confidence to take responsibility and pursue an international career as a future leader of Aman Group.
Specialisation: Months Two-12
In the following months, you will dive deeper into your chosen path, honing your expertise in Rooms or Food & Beverage, while rotating through other key departments including Spa, HR, Finance, Sales and Marketing.
