IGNITE
Participants taking part in this immersive program can choose from the Rooms or Food & Beverage pathway, growing their management capabilities within a nurturing yet challenging setting. Ideal candidates are recent graduates (within two years of graduating) who are operationally focused, curious and open-minded, with the confidence to take responsibility and pursue an international career as a future leader of Aman Group.
Acceleration: Months 13-18
During this phase, you will step into a Supervisor or Assistant Manager role, applying your accumulated skills. You will closely work with the Division Head to gain valuable leadership insights and real-world experience.
